Daniel suggests that love is the only trustworthy fund Atkin for a happy and fulfilling life.This book is more of fundamentals than practices. Good reference but in no case a stand alone guide. Some times it tries to take so many subjects than it lose depth. However the fundamentals are well treated, so you should buy and read this book because it will change the way you read another self help/transformation/philosophical books.
